We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the DASE Online Store, in an DASE Retail Store, or on the phone with the DASE Contact Center.

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the DASE. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms before buying any products.

 

›				Currently we don't have any cash refund to all our products . Please always take time to see if our products meet your expectations before buying.
›				DASE guarantees its products for the duration specified on the product description page.
›				DASE will only pay for repair or replacement if convincing proof is provided, for instance by means of a receipt, that the day on which service is claimed is within the guarantee period.
›				The guarantee does not cover products and/or product parts that are subject to wear and tear, that’s can be considered asconsumables parts by nature or what are made of glass. This includes but not limited to Switches, Pumps, Lights, Knobs & Doors.
›				The guarantee is not valid if the defect is due to damage caused by incorrect use, or
				a) Damage caused by incorrect use b) Poor maintenance (e.g. parts blocked by scale) c) Alterations or repairs have been carried out by persons not authorized by Dennis Art Science & Engineering. d) The lables, branding, names or any printed detail on the machine is interfered with
›				The guarantee does not cover damage/fault caused by pest/insects.
›				Service calls to correct the installation of the covered product, or to explain the usage of the product to the buyer
	›			Products should be properly installed according to the instructions manual and protected from power surges/ transformers/high voltages/ lightning are not covered by the guaranteed.
	›			This guarantee does not cover any transport related charges/ cost to attend / deliver / collect any malfunctioning product.
